• He is highly competent and experienced in in building digital-tech and SaaS business and scaling it globally leveraging partner ecosystem and distribution network to reduce CAC and churn, expand margins and increase ARR / ACV. His 3P flywheel growth model of – People, Products and Partnerships, with customers in the center have been widely recognized by industry analysts as strategic to accelerate SaaS revenues.

• At Google, he led strategic customer & partner accounts and developer communities at Google Cloud. He established build Customer Adoption Platform (CAP) to reward & recognize real-time contributions from ecosystem communities, based on their impact on product improvisation & innovation, surfaced & prioritized through community votes – to drive user engagement and product adoption.
